Privacy Policy

All new students will be required to complete a Health Questionnaire prior to attending classes. This is to help us look out for you during classes and to be aware of any injuries / health conditions that may require modification / variation. 

This will be kept completely confidential and stored in the correct manor. The data shared on this questionnaire, will not be shared or disclosed to anybody outside of our organisation (Nirvana Yoga & Wellness), and students who no longer wish to attend classes, will have their data erased from our system within 48 hours of notice given.
